My journey into aesthetics began at the bedside. I started my career as a critical care nurse in the ICU, where I developed a deep appreciation for precision, attention to detail, and the human connection that comes with caring for people during their most vulnerable moments. While advancing my education to become a Nurse Practitioner—a title I’ve proudly held for the past three years—I found myself drawn to the art and science of aesthetics.

Pretty Little Secret Aesthetics was born from a vision: to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are—a space where individuality is honored, beauty is personal, and subtle enhancements are celebrated. I believe in enhancing your unique features in a way that looks natural, refined, and undetectable. My goal is for you to feel like the most confident version of yourself, without ever feeling like you’ve been “done.”

I take a regenerative approach to aesthetics, using multiple modalities to support your body’s natural processes. From collagen stimulation to skin rejuvenation, I focus on treatments that work with your body—not against it—so you continue to look like you, just a little more refreshed. Rooted in over a decade of critical care and surgical experience, I approach aesthetics with precision, discipline, and deep respect for anatomy. I continue to refine my practice through ongoing education and hands-on clinical experience, elevating both technique and client outcomes.

Grounded in anatomy, guided by integrity, and delivered with intentionality, my philosophy centers on subtle restoration over dramatic alteration. I focus on balanced, natural results that enhance confidence while preserving each client’s unique features.

My name is Bettina Pass, DNP, FNP-BC

I’m a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for helping my patients look and feel their best through personalized, evidence-based aesthetic and wellness care.

I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Quinnipiac University in 2021, and my clinical background spans emergency medicine, intensive care, urgent care, primary care, and medical aesthetics. This diverse experience has shaped the way I care for my patients today—with a strong foundation in safety, attention to detail, and an individualized approach to every treatment plan.

I began my career in medical aesthetics in 2022 and have continued to advance my skills through ongoing education and hands-on training. I have completed aesthetic training with Empire Medical Training and 4M Aesthetics, along with multiple conferences, hands-on workshops, and one-on-one trainings with Evolus and Revanesse. I believe continuing education is an essential part of being an aesthetic provider, and I’m committed to continually refining my techniques and expanding my knowledge as the field evolves.

My areas of focus include natural-looking injectables, skin rejuvenation, medical weight management, wellness therapies, and customized treatment plans designed to enhance your unique features while supporting your overall health and confidence. My approach combines advanced medical knowledge with an artistic eye, always with the goal of creating balanced results that still look and feel like you.

Most importantly, I want every patient who sits in my chair to feel heard, informed, and comfortable. I take the time to understand your goals, answer your questions, and develop a plan that makes sense for you—because aesthetic and wellness care should never feel one-size-fits-all.
